About NovaLash® Eyelash Extensions

Unlike all of its competitors, NovaLash® is not an import-export company. They developed their own product formulas in an academic research facility. The company is owned and operated by a team of physicians, scientists, and cosmetic chemists, who uphold the highest standards for safety and efficacy in the industry.

Because this technique is quite new in the U.S. and Europe, NovaLash® is committed to providing the most comprehensive training possible in a university setting, taught by our very own head of Research and Development, Molecular Biologist, Veronika Garga.

They are currently the industry leaders in developing safe, high quality cosmetic adhesives, based on components from surgical glue (not products originally used in automobile manufacturing).

Because lash extension products are used in such close proximity to the eye, NovaLash® uses a physician-developed bonding system with United States safety standards in mind.

What are NovaLash™ Eyelash Extensions?

NovaLash™ Eyelash Extensions are a totally new way to extend the length and thickness of your eyelashes. They are applied on a hair-by-hair basis to your own lashes for a totally natural look.

How do I care for my NovaLash™ Lash Extensions?

Do not get the Nova eyelash extensions wet for the first 12 hours after application. Care must be taken not to rub eyes, or scratch. Also, any creams, eye makeup removers, lotions, or cleansers containing glycols and carbonates can loosen the bond of NovaLash™ Lash Extensions. Care must be taken to apply eye cream sparingly with avoidance of the lash line area. Some exmaples of glycols and carbonates found in mascara and eye makeup removers are:

Propylene Glycol
Polyethylene Glycol (PEG)
Propylene Carbonate

Butylene Glycol is often found in mascaras and is not a lash adhesive solvent.

How long do they last?

When properly applied, NovaLash™ Lashes can last up to two months or more. Touch-ups are recommended after initial full set application to replace any lashes that might have fallen off. Properly applied lashes will last for the length of the natural growth cycle of each eyelash hair.

When should I get my NovaLash™ Lash Extensions touched up?

We recommend touch up sessions at 3 or 4 weeks after application.

Can I add mascara to NovaLash™ Lash Extensions?

Water soluble mascara can be worn; however constant use of mascara may shorten the life-span of your lashes. WATERPROOF MASCARA IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE AS IT WILL DISSOLVE THE BOND WITH THE LASHES.

Why Choose NovaLash® Eyelash Extensions?

NovaLash® challenge purpose: A double-blind study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of NovaLash brand extra strength elastomeric adhesive (Platinum Bond®) versus other extra strength cyonoacrylate lash adhesives.

Challenge Method: 40 extra curly 0.2mm diameter NovaLash® brand lash extensions were placed on the left side with Platinum Bond® adhesive. On the right, 40 of a leading competitor's extensions were applied using "extra strength" adhesive of Asian origin.

Challenge Results: By day number 2, the competitor's side showed signs of adhesive breakdown and lash extension loss.
